- Drives the strategy and operations that allow Global BMCP to design and execute leading-edge programs that create marketplace distinction, accelerate sales motions, and drive business growth.
- Provides critical leadership for Global BMCP to drive innovative approaches to go to market and deliver on pipeline and business growth targets.
- Collaborates directly with business leadership around strategic priorities.
- Plans and directs financial, talent, and operational activities for Global BMCP pillar.
- Seeks feedback from business counterparts to continually improve brand promise and the value the Global BMCP pillar delivers.
- Serves as proxy to Global BMCP leaders as needed, including in relevant meetings.
- Directs leadership and operational communications to key audiences and stakeholders.
- Prepares and consolidates leadership dashboards and reports.
- Coordinates and executes special projects for Global CMO.
- Cultivates a top talent experience for Global BMCP with an emphasis inspiring team members at all levels.
- Ability to build strong relationships and interact with all levels within the firm, including top leadership.
- Demonstrated executive presence and experience managing high-touch relationships and sensitive business matters involving strategy and planning.
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
- Relevant experience.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Expert in Microsoft applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Copilot).
- Proficient in GenAI-based productivity tools (e.g., Pal, Sidekick).
- Deep understanding of and experience working with Deloitte Global.
- Experience with world-class Marketing organizations.
- Success and comfort operating in an unstructured environment and leading through ambiguity.
- Team player with a “customer-focused” mentality. Ability to coordinate across many stakeholders.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to dive into detail when needed.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both in-person and virtual settings.
