Schedule: Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible)
Focus: Individualised teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needsThe RoleWe're looking for experienced and compassionate SEN Teachers to deliver one-to-one education to students who require a more tailored approach. Working with learners who face a range of challenges, you'll play a vital role in helping them re-engage with education, build confidence, and achieve meaningful progress.What You'll Be DoingDeliver personalised lessons in core subjects, adapted to each student's learning style and paceCreate a safe, structured environment that supports emotional and academic developmentWork collaboratively with families and carers to ensure continuity of supportEncourage independence, resilience, and a positive attitude toward learningPromote inclusive values and model positive behaviourWhat You'll NeedQTS or equivalent (PGCE)Minimum of 2 years' teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience across Key Stages 1-4Proven ability to support students with SEN and SEMH needsEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKSolid understanding of safeguarding and child protectionWhy Work with Sugarman Health and Wellbeing - Children's Services?We specialise in supporting young people who need more than a traditional classroom can offer.
