Schedule: Monday to Friday | Term-Time Only
Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Focus: Individualised teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needsThe RoleLooking to step away from the traditional classroom and into a role where your teaching has a direct, measurable impact? We're seeking a committed SEN Teacher to work one-to-one with students who need a tailored approach to learning. You'll be supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs-helping them build confidence, develop essential skills, and re-engage with education in a meaningful way.What You'll Be DoingDeliver personalised lessons in core subjects, adapted to each student's learning styleBuild strong, trusting relationships with students and their familiesCreate a calm, structured environment that supports both academic and emotional developmentEncourage independence, resilience, and a positive attitude toward learningPromote inclusive values and model positive behaviourWhat You'll NeedQTS or equivalent (PGCE)At least 2 years of teaching experienceStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)Experience across Key Stages 1-4A background in supporting students with SEN, SEMH, or complex needsEnhanced DBS on the Update ServiceLegal right to work in the UKA solid understanding of safeguarding and child protectionWhy Join Sugarman Health and Wellbeing - Children's Services?We're not just another education provider.
