The VacancyMSS Facilities Ltd and the RSK Group are recruiting for a Site Manager to join the team based in Rockwool, Bridgend, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.The MSS Group is a specialist provider of facilities, industrial and environmental services with expertise in hazardous, highly regulated and complex environments.Key Responsibilities:
  • Full budget management and control for contract operational expenditure
  • Ensure that contract obligations are delivered compliantly, in line with clients requirements, on time and in budget
  • Requests for non-contract/ad hoc jobs are assessed and quoted accurately, ensuring profitability and safety elements are covered
  • Client relationship management and the further development of existing business and identify areas of potential new business
  • Understanding current FM & security market and innovations available
  • Clear and concise understanding of contract terminology and the potential impact of failing to comply
  • Conduct specific risk assessments and method statements prior to commencing any service delivery tasks.
