The team is growing fast, with a real focus on internal development, strong culture, and collaboration.The roleHybrid-1 to 2 days a week in their London office (more if you'd like)You'll work on a range of projects-from shaping new operating models for banks to redesigning public services.
The work is often complex and not well defined at the start, so they're looking for someone who enjoys making sense of ambiguity.
Expect to be involved in journey mapping, service blueprinting, user research, and making practical UX recommendations.
