We are looking for an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to support students in a mainstream secondary school in Aylesbury, beginning in September 2025.
This is an ideal role for someone with experience in behaviour management, youth work, or mentoring, looking to make a direct impact on young people’s education and emotional well-being.Main Responsibilities:Supporting students in class and in small intervention groupsHelping to reduce barriers to learning caused by behaviour or emotional challengesMentoring students to build confidence, motivation and resilienceSupporting teachers in maintaining a calm, respectful learning environmentLogging behaviour incidents and contributing to intervention planningAbout the School:This is a large, inclusive secondary school with a committed pastoral team.
