- Training & facilitation: You conduct advanced training sessions on Qualcomm technologies – in-person, online and for e-learning videos
- Training creation: You design and refine training materials with your teammates to effectively communicate technical concepts und use cases
- Knowledge transfer: You ensure that sales teams and partners stay up to date with the latest Qualcomm technologies
- Brand representation: You act as the face of Qualcomm in training settings, making sure that sessions are engaging, practical and fun
- Feedback & optimization: You evaluate training initiatives to continuously improve content and methodologies
- Proven experience in conducting training, ideally in consumer electronics or telecommunications
- At least 5–7 years of experience in training creation
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with MS Office, with a particular focus on PowerPoint
- Proficiency in using multimedia tools and virtual training platforms
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel up to 20% for in-person training and strategic engagements
