- Designing and launching the new TASSH Dashboard, a key tool in our strategic planning
- Authoritative understanding of performance information and intelligence
- Ability to manipulate complex databases to produce high quality reports
- Advanced skills in software tools for data analysis and reporting (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools).
- Experience working with both local and national datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and the ability to work independently
