- Check all registrations from the previous day and match to our new developments
- Discuss who they have registered the day before. Bring stats/results from day before
- Hit a target of 5 viewings a day from ring out
- Making sure applicants are updated on Rosie and qualified with Just Mortgages
- Choose a different office every day to ring out on.
- Check who the branches have registered the day before and who they have out viewing for the week matching for new homes via there diaries.
- Obtain 3 Shared Ownership sales a week
- Obtain 2 private sales at least a month
- Conduct viewings in the week should an office not be available to carry out the viewing for you
- Hit a target of 50 minimum calls a day
- Must be self-motivated and reliable.
- Target driven.

- Able to inspire trust and confidence in clients and buyers
- Knowledgeable about property sales and lettings law
- Able to work under pressure
- Smart and business-like
- Basic salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per year
- OTE of £40,000 - £50,000
- Working hours 8.30am to 6pm Mon - Fri

- Proven track record within a similar role in the Land and New Homes sector or Estate agency
- Consistent track record of achieving your goals within an Estate Agency or New Homes Development
- Willingness to learn and adapt to market and developer need
- Full driving licence
- You are legally entitled to live and work in the UK in accordance to the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. (Please Note: you will need to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK via proof of address, identity and NI prior to a formal offer of employment).
