Our client, a market leader within the London New Homes market is actively looking to recruit a Sales Consultant to join their expanding East London Sales teamYou will be based in Central London and your role will focus on selling across multiple London New Build developments.Ideally, you will have experience in New Homes or Estate Agency Sales with a proven track record of sales. This is a fast paced role and where you will be part of a high performance team with high commissions on offer, could this be of interest to you?A bit more about the role:Key Responsibilities:
  • Register prospective buyers and qualify their search requirements
  • Conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate and finalise sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships
  • Attend Networking events
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Sales, Estate Agency or New Homes Sales
  • Resilient and self-motivated
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
