Neighbourhood Housing Lead (Housing Officer)- South West LondonAre you passionate about building strong communities and ensuring residents love their homes? We're looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Lead (Housing Officer) for a full-time, long-term contract in South West London.You'll be the primary contact for residents on your patch (around 500-600 homes in Croydon, Wandsworth, Lambeth, and Southwark), dedicated to improving their satisfaction and trust. This role is all about delivering consistent, reliable service and making a real difference in people's lives.We're looking for someone with:
  • Proven relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A "can-do" attitude, grit, and determination to keep promises.
  • You'll be willing to push boundaries and challenge the business where needed to achieve the very best outcomes for residents
  • You'll have excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage a complex workload whilst adhering to important deadlines.
  • Stakeholder management is also key to this role
  • Experience in a similar housing role.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a car for work.
