
Asset Sales Manager - *Internal only

- To drive sales engagement and commercial development throughout the Network.
- Disposal Strategy Development - Develop and implement strategies for asset disposal, including determining the most appropriate channels such as direct sales, trade-ins, or auctions
- Market analysis - Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for maximising asset values and ensure competitive pricing
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain relationships with third party vendors, auction houses, and buyers to facilitate smooth and cost-effective disposal processes
- Compliance and Reporting - Ensure all disposal activities comply with legal and environmental regulations. Prepare detailed reports on asset disposals for senior team
- To keep up to date with Culina Group services and capabilities
- To support marketing activities and initiatives, driving adoption and participation from the Partnership to support business growth and develop the TPN brand value.
- To report progress to Head of Fleet as required.
- To keep abreast of the wider industry, monitor market conditions, development potential and competitor activity.
- Inform, influence and engage all stakeholders.
- Proven and demonstrable experience in Fleet sales and asset disposal within the commercial vehicle sector.
- Ability to negotiate with buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible returns and cost savings on asset sales and returns.
- Understanding of vehicle mechanics, valuation techniques, and refurbishment processes and costs.
- Capability to assess market conditions, asset depreciation and potential resale value.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft Office software.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to travel extensively as required.
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) desirable.
