Service Advisor (Ipswich, Family-Run Dealership)Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and looking for a role with long-term career prospects? Our well-established family-run dealership in Ipswich is looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Service Advisor to join our team.About Us We pride ourselves on our outstanding reputation for customer care and high-quality service. As a family-run business, we value our team and offer a supportive, welcoming environment. You will be working alongside a well-organised workshop and a strong, experienced service team who are dedicated to providing first-class automotive care.The Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and our workshop. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting customers, handling enquiries, and booking in vehicles.
  • Liaising with the workshop team to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Providing clear communication and updates to customers.
  • Preparing invoices and processing payments.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Saturday mornings: on a rota basis
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role preferred (but training will be provided for the right candidate).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work well within a team.
  • A passion for delivering high standards of customer service.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
