Basic Salary: Up to £31,000 + OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Saturdays on a rotaWe are working with a well-established main dealership in Ipswich seeking an experienced and professional Service Advisor to join their aftersales team.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Allocate work to technicians, manage job progress, and ensure timely completion
- Upsell service plans, accessories, and additional work where appropriate
- Assist in achieving departmental targets for profitability and customer satisfaction
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the service department
- Experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Kerridge/CDK or similar DMS experience preferred
- A proactive and organised approach
