You'll be encouraged to make your mark and contribute to the continued growth of their commercial offering.Your responsibilities will include:

Handling sales, purchases, and asset transactions
Advising on contracts subject to planning, overages, and options
Managing commercial lending matters and lease agreements (granting and assignment)
Acting for developers, occupiers, high net worth individuals, retailers, lenders and borrowers
Running your caseload independently while contributing to larger property development projects
Building strong client relationships and assisting in expanding the firm's commercial property presence

What we're looking for:

A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
Strong technical knowledge, a collaborative approach, and excellent client-facing skills
The ability to manage your files from instruction to completion
