Our client is one of East Kent's most established legal practices. Their Family Department is ranked in The Legal 500 and led by a Chambers & Partners recognised solicitor. You'll be joining a committed and welcoming team that handles complex and sensitive children's law matters with care and precision.Your responsibilities will include:

Representing clients in public law children proceedings
Managing your caseload with minimal supervision
Attending court across Kent and occasionally the High Court in London
Conducting meetings with social services and guardians
Providing expert advice in all aspects of children's law
Working independently and remotely when required

What we're looking for:

A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
Accredited on the Law Society's Children Panel - essential
Strong advocacy experience and confident working autonomously
A proactive, organised and empathetic approach with excellent client care skills
