
TS2 Business Analyst

- Work with stakeholders across product, tech, and ops to turn requirements into solutions using TSYS systems and ancillary products.
- Break down complex problems into clear user stories, process flows, and documentation.
- Partner with developers to bring solutions to life — from ideation to deployment.
- Help improve how we manage requirements, testing, and product delivery across teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming and sprint planning.
- Assist with the creation and build of BAU TSYS configurations.
- A vast experience of TSYS (Prime or TS2) platforms — especially around card processing, file formats, or integrations - or similar payment systems.
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA in fintech, payments, banking, or a fast-paced Tech environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you're comfortable working with data, logic, and systems.
- You know how to write user stories, map out workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Great communicator — you can work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and business users.
- Self-starter with a curious mindset — you love learning, questioning, and improving how things are done.
- Hands-on with SQL or familiar with analysing large datasets.
- Exposure to compliance, fraud, collections, or loyalty systems in the card/payments space.
- Experience developing Excel VBA Macro, or knowledge of any coding languages (Python, html, xml, Json).
- Agile/Lean experience with tools like Jira, Confluence
