This position plays a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care support, thus ensuring the growth of our business.Job DescriptionHome Instead is looking for a compassionate and dedicated person to provide exceptional care to support to our clients and team in Sleaford and surrounding the area.As a CAREPro, you will play a key role in helping our clients live safely and independently in their own homes. Your job would be interesting and varied involving supervising and
supporting our team of CAREPro providing an on-call service for clientsResponsibilities:
  • Being a lead within your field in Sleaford area for our team
  • Providing personal care, companionship, and home help to clients
  • Assisting with activities of daily living
  • Preparing meals and light housekeeping tasks
  • Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families
  • To work along side with everyone in our company to make positive decisions along the way
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a DBS ( that we provide )
  • A compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving
