SEND School CaretakerEarn up to £500 per week (dependent on Experience and Qualifications)To apply you must have the right to work in the UKConnex Education are currently working in partnership with a successful SEND School in Nottingham that needs support with their long term supply needs.About The SchoolThe school in question is a welcoming and supportive SEND School that specialises in Autism, the school works with children from 4 to 19 years of age. The school has 120 pupils. The school is in the centre of Nottingham so easy to commute to via public transport.Assignment DetailsThe role would be starting in September and would be working full time until Christmas working Monday to Friday. Start times can be between 6-7am with the latest being 7am and finishing at 2pm. For the first two weeks you will have support from the other caretaker but after you will be working on your own until this staff member returns. So is essential that you have worked in school previously so that you understand the compliance requirements.Benefits of working with Connex Education as a Caretaker

Person Specification For a Caretaker
  • Have experience of working in a school as caretaker and understand the compliance requirement and weekly tests
  • To be flexible
  • Hold strong communication skills both orally and written
  • Willing to undergo continual professional training
  • Able to work under pressure effectively and ‘think on your feet’
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic with a ‘can do attitude’ and good sense of humour
  • Be able to commute to Nottingham City Centre for 7am
