Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator

- Conduct property viewings and accompany prospective tenants
- Manage tenancy applications and rental agreements
- Maintain strong communication with landlords and tenants
- Handle day-to-day lettings administration and paperwork
- Support the lettings team in providing a smooth lettings process
- Ensure all properties meet compliance and regulatory requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service at every stage
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator (Senior experience advantageous)
- Confident and professional communicator
- Energetic, motivated, and target-driven
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented and professional
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive OTE £30k-£35k (depending on experience)
