Leading and managing the lettings office and team
Carrying out valuations and securing new instructions
Driving business growth and market share in the local area
Mentoring, motivating, and developing staff performance
Overseeing day-to-day lettings operations and compliance
Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
Building strong local presence and community connections
Ensuring office targets and KPIs are consistently met

Significant estate agency and lettings experience (essential)
Proven track record in listing and winning business
Experience managing and motivating a lettings team
Excellent sales conversion skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Highly organised, ambitious, and proactive
Professional, articulate, and well-presented
Exceptional customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
