As a Team Leader at a Barchester care home, you'll help to make our residents' lives stimulating and fulfilling so that we can deliver the person-centred care and support they deserve. You'll lead and supervise our Carers and Senior Carers with the support of a Registered Nurse or Care Practitioner, ensuring individual care plans are followed and residents receive quality one-on-one time.Main duties of the jobThe role of Team Leader involves some clinical responsibilities, including recording observations on things like weight and blood pressure, and carrying out simple wound dressing procedures.
