Start Date: ASAPWe are currently recruiting Receptionists to cover weekend shifts at the Urgent Care Centre in Lewisham. This is a busy, patient-facing role ideal for candidates with healthcare experience who are looking for flexible weekend work.🧾 Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and checking in patients in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Managing patient records and updating the system accurately
  • Answering telephone and face-to-face enquiries efficiently
  • Liaising with clinical staff to support patient flow
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and appointment bookings
✅ Essential Requirements:
  • Experience using EMIS clinical system
  • Active Smart Card
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferably in a healthcare setting)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail
