- Translate findings into structured intelligence packs using Microsoft Systems, ready for investigators and decision makers.
- Perform reactive and proactive research on properties and developers using internal systems and open-source platforms.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, developers, members of the public, and field technicians.
- Collaborate closely with the Enforcement Manager and support investigators in organising and tracking jobs.
- Raise and manage site visits with Customer Service Technicians and Network Regulations inspectors and oversee the investigators diaries.
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills, with strong command of SharePoint and Office tools.
- Sharp research abilities with the agility to work under time pressure.
- Strong analytical skills to link planning permissions, billing history, and landscape changes.
- Respectful handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Water Industry knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential.
- UK Driving Licence.
- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (salary dependant on skills and experience)
- Hours: 08:00am - 16:00pm (Mon - Thurs) 08:00am - 15:30pm (Friday)
