- Taking the Creative Director’s vision and running with it, bringing fresh ideas and an eye for detail to make every execution shine.
- Taking on tickets and creative briefs, working independently while knowing when to lean on your team and manager for input.
- Building the brand and understanding what makes each of our ventures unique, and creating concepts that respect their guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Seeing projects through from first idea to final delivery, collaborating with other teams to make sure assets work across every channel.
- Owning your own projects while also supporting colleagues. Being proactive, finding solutions, and helping to keep things moving when challenges pop up.
- Designing with context in mind, knowing where and how your work will appear and how to make it work harder for the player.
- Building great relationships, taking on feedback, and working towards commercial goals without losing creative spark.
- Possess experience in the creative industry (agency or in-house).
- Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Have knowledge of Figma for UI best practice
- Be a confident communicator with the ability to present ideas and explain thinking clearly.
- Have a good understanding of branding and logo design.
- Have a great grasp of colour theory, typography, and layout.
- Be a true team player who brings energy and fresh thinking.
- Be comfortable using AI tools to enhance creativity.
- You’re passionate about the industry and want to know our brands, our customers, and our competitors inside-out.
