- Play an instrumental role in winning new work and developing business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain client relationships providing a premier service to win new and repeat business across the whole range of commercial and building surveying services.
- Contribute to a team environment ensuring everyone is committed to service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Advise and guide colleagues to ensure targets are achieved.
- Develop relevant knowledge and skills through regular CPD activities and maintain an up-to-date awareness of all legislation affecting the technical aspects of building surveying, sharing knowledge and information where appropriate.
- Record CPD in accordance with RICS requirements.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
- Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, for example timesheets, expenses, invoices etc.
- Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management.
- A relevant RICS accredited university degree.
- Chartered member RICS.
- Experience of dealing with and providing advice on a range of building related matters.
- Proven Business Development Experience
- 5 Years’ post-qualification experience and currently working at a senior level
