Associate Building Surveyor£70,000 - £80,000PermanentBristol, South WestWe’re working with a long-standing, sustainability-focused multi-disciplinary consultancy (PM, Cost, BS) to help them find an Associate Building Surveyor for their growing Bristol office.With strong investment and long-term plans for the South West, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role within a progressive, close-knit team – currently 6 Building Surveyors, from graduates through to Director level.The Role
They’re particularly keen to speak with surveyors who have a project-led background – contract administration, project delivery, refurbishments, and stakeholder management are a key focus. That said, if you’ve got a mix of project and professional experience, they’re very open-minded.Sectors include commercial, residential, retail, industrial, care, and offices.
