- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes.
- Assist in tracking orders and updating customers on delivery status.
- Ensure all interactions align with the company's service standards.
- Experience in customer service or a related field, ideally in the retail industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer service software or CRM tools.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full time permanent position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, 9am to 5pm (35 hours)
- A salary of £24500
