- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- The ability to receive and understand design briefs.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams to track progress and delivery timelines in conjunction with project execution plan.
- Participating in site scoping meetings with customers.
- On-site presence during the project and to be initiative-taking in identifying any potential problems or issues which can be highlighted on site and implement counter measures.
- Conducting thorough site surveys and sharing SAP (or similar) reports with the installation team.
- The ability to produce high quality engineering drawings in CAD and Inventor, to accurately communicate design engineering requirements.
- Capable of persuading customer through design process to influence best outcome for both parties.
- Own and manage the entire project/prototype process of the design to gain customer approval, including production in which a prototype can be created.
- Execute a seamless handover to the Account Manager and the Project Management team at the point of a secured order thus ensuring that a seamless customer on-boarding experience is achieved.
- Driven, energetic and professionally ambitious.
- Design computer literacy is required with proven skills in Inventor or similar works package.
- Experience in mixed material solutions including but not limited to metal, timber, plastic, glass and graphics.
- Proven track record of delivering high quality & accurate drawings in CAD and Inventor, to communicate design intent.
- Demonstrable evidence of developing strong relationships with multi contact points within a customer.
- Understanding of the customer design decision making process and the ability to articulate solutions to gain new project/initiative work.
- Ability to plan, organise, communicate and manage customer relationships.
- Strong presentation and communication skills that can be clearly evidenced and articulated.
- Very well organised with strong time management skills to manage workload and achieve deadlines.
- Commercial knowledge and understanding of all profit drivers of a project.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrate the ability to provide insights and research to create compelling and evidentiary led design story telling.
