- Analyse and surface trends in key markets and relevant B2B industries.
- Track and analyse competitor activity to help shape our strategic approach.
- Identify the most valuable audiences to target, based on research and insight.
- Manage multiple research tasks and strategic projects, ensuring deadlines are met and outputs are high quality.
- Organise and maintain strategic resources, research findings, and project documentation.
- Spot new channels and tactics to test, based on where our audiences are and how they consume media.
- Ensure:
- Alignment between marketing objectives, campaign KPIs, creative messaging and audience needs to help develop the best comms strategies and most effective media plans
- That Media plans reflect local nuances and audience needs across EMEA, and help bring the local context into campaign performance evaluation

- Familiarity with audience planning tools (fluency a plus, but willingness to learn matters most).
- Strong fluency with Excel or Google Sheets, and confidence with the full Google Workspace or MSFT Office suites.
- Experience in media or marketing within B2B is preferred
