Are you ready to join us on this exciting journey?The roleWe are seeking an entrepreneurial and action-oriented Strategy and Operations Manager to support NDI’s leadership out of London, UK. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of NDI and be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and the key strategic projects that help the company scale. This role requires a blend of business acumen, passion for tech-enabled products, and an action-oriented mindset. Hands-on experience in operational roles is highly valuedKey Responsibilities:As a Strategy and Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Support NDI’s leadership team across the whole strategy, planning and execution cycle, with activities like, but not limited to, preparing material for weekly, monthly and quarterly status updates on business objectives; prepare forecast models for scenario planning and correct execution; support the translation of strategic direction into actionable plans; follow-up with key stakeholders, guaranteeing timely delivery of inputs; work across the different functions to help implement tracking methods for key metrics
  • Regularly analyze current operations to identify areas of improvement, working with department heads on defining and implementing changes needed
  • Own and lead key operational change projects
  • Support NDI’s leadership in key deals, including but not limited to, the preparation of materials to be presented, market research, following up on key actions, and ensuring alignment between key internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related business or technical field
  • 3+ years in B2B or B2C operational roles at high-growth tech company
  • Proven ability in coordinating different stakeholders and managing projects from start to finish
  • Ability to translate business strategy know-how into material for effective decision-making (e.g., market analysis, pricing strategies, segment prioritization)
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify, define and implement improvements to day-to-day, cross-functional, operations
  • Highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM tools is highly value
  • Experience in workflow automation is highly valued
Technical Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with embedded technologies and software and hardware-based video tools is highly valued
  • General passion for technology products, either at a business or technical level
