Deskside & Technology Support Analyst (B) - TEMP

My client is looking for a skilled Deskside & Technology Support Analyst to provide 2nd Line IT support across the Manchester region. You’ll handle incidents, deploy hardware, and ensure outstanding service to end-users in a corporate IT environment.What You’ll DoManage and resolve 2nd Line incidents & service requests within SLAsTroubleshoot desktop, telephony, and conferencing systemsDeploy and track IT hardware & maintain asset recordsSupport office/site IT set-ups and relocationsMaintain IT facilities and manage stock rooms in ServiceNowLiaise with vendors and escalate complex issues when neededWhat We’re Looking For4+ years in IT Service ManagementStrong technical troubleshooting skillsExperience in corporate IT environmentsExcellent communication & customer service skillsFull UK driving licence (travel to other my client offices required)Nice to HaveMicrosoft CertificationITIL V3/4 FoundationServiceNow experience? Contract: On Payroll | 37.5 hrs/week | Expenses paid
