- Provide expertise and specialist advice and support to Managers on a range of complex employee relations issues (including disciplinary, grievance, sickness, capability, and change management)
- Provide practical support and advice at regional offices with management teams, offering HR solutions and facilitating problem solving to improve performance and delivery against targets and objectives
- Ensure the HR function fully comply with CQC / CIW regulatory standards, policies and employment legislation through regular monitoring, audit and feedback
- Be visible within all four regions across Wales and 2 England based sites in acting as the ambassador for the HR function, demonstrating and promoting company values, ethos, aims and objectives.
- Experience working in a HR Advisory role or equivalent
- Experience of advising senior managers and staff on a full range of HR matters
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, ability to prioritise and delegate
- Effective verbal, written and presentation skills
- Level 5 CIPD or equivalent
- Experience of HR in social care, charity, or a regulated sector
