- Proven experience as an Account Executive in commercial insurance
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and compliance
- Track record of successful new business generation and client retention
- Proficiency with insurance platforms and client management systems
- ACII qualification or willingness to pursue (business supported)
- Experience with Acturis or similar systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
