Class Teacher – Primary school in GravesendWe’re searching for a classroom superstar, part educator, part magician, part everyday hero to join our close-knit, high-energy school team. We’re looking for a Primary Class Teacher with a spark, someone who doesn’t just teach the curriculum but breathes life into it.   • Deliver engaging, inclusive and imaginative lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Create a safe, supportive classroom environment where every child feels seen and heard
  • Spark curiosity and build confidence through creative learning experiences
  • Assess progress and tailor teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
  • Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to champion every child’s journey
  • Embrace seaside field trips, muddy knees, and the occasional glitter explosion
  • Lead by example and help shape a vibrant school culture with positivity and purpose
Essential Qualifications & Qualities
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) — you’ve got the badge and the passion to match
  • Proven classroom experience, especially in Key Stage 1 or 2
  • A flair for creative teaching that makes learning stick (and smile)
  • Strong behaviour management, patience, and a sense of humour (non-negotiable)
  • Committed to continuous professional development (lifelong learning rocks!)
  • A heart for community, a head full of ideas, and hands ready to get stuck in
