This role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about inspiring young learners, adaptable to different learning needs, and enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative school community.Your Responsibilities as a QTS Primary Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- Support children’s progress academically, socially, and emotionally.
- Create a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and inclusion.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, effort, and achievement.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.
- Contribute to school activities, enrichment programmes, and wider initiatives.
- Ensure that safeguarding policies and practices are followed at all times.
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is essential.
- A degree in Education or a related subject.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- A commitment to supporting the holistic development of pupils.
- The ability to inspire and motivate children of all abilities.
- Knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
