- Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding policy coverage, benefits, and claims
- Assisting customers with their health insurance applications, renewals, and account queries
- Handling and resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams
- Updating customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Previous customer service experience (insurance or healthcare background is a plus)
