- Work closely with the design and buying teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Provide technical guidance and advice to internal teams regarding product standards and regulations.
- Experience in product development, quality assurance, or a similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of product compliance, safety standards, and testing procedures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal teams and suppliers.
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using relevant software or systems to manage product specifications and data.
- A competitive salary range of GBP 31,500 to GBP 38,500.
