
Sales and Lettings Negotiator

- £26,500 basic salary
- Uncapped commission - OTE of £35,000
- Quarterly and annual bonuses, including an annual loyalty bonus

- As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you'll work across both disciplines in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.
- You'll be responsible for:
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating sales and tenancy agreements
- Matching applicants with suitable properties based on their needs
- Supporting clients through the full process, from initial enquiry to move-in
- Managing necessary admin and compliance documentation
- Registering new applicants and maintaining accurate records
- Acting as a key point of contact for buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors
- Previous experience in sales, lettings, or both
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Recent property industry experience is desirable
