
Senior Lettings Negotiator

- £25k – £30k basic
- £40-45k OTE with a 3 month guarantee and a bespoke built commission structure to ensure retained OTE at 40-45k.
- Monday to Friday only
- 25 days annual leave, rising by 1 day per annum for each years complete service, plus bank holiday

- Genuine road map for progression to Lettings Manager within 6 months
- Appraise properties for rental advising on investment returns and marketing strategy across a network of global investors.
- Collaborate remotely with both the tenancy and sales progression teams.
- Negotiating offers between landlords and applicants
- Negotiating price adjustments with landlords
- Client onboarding and management takeover responsibility
- Pre-marketing property inspections
- Respond to prospective tenant leads and enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Qualify applicants, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable available properties
- Registering applicants on the CRM and maintaining a tenant database in line with SOP
- Scheduling viewings
- Conducting lettings viewings and extracting rental offers on the best possible terms for our clients
- Work collaboratively with wider teams
- Consistently deliver KPI results in line with the company goals and objectives
- Responsibility for the smooth operations of the team.
- Previous experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or above
- ARLA qualified or equivalent ideally
- Knowledge of the Birmingham city centre development market
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills able to liaise, advise and interact with high net worth investors
- Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
- Proven track record in driving business forward, managing risk, regulation, and generating new business
- Able to motivate, manage, and lead by example
