Service Design-focussed consultancy with a great name in the market and a growing team!The clientThis is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established studio known for designing impactful services and driving meaningful change across public and private sector organisations - from transport and health to finance and government.There’s currently a mix of other Service Design Mid-weights and Seniors, who all report to the Design Director. Currently 5-strong but aiming to get to double figures (including contractors) by next year.This is an opportunity to learn from more experienced designers and grow your Service Design profile through a range of projects you’ll be supporting on.They don’t mandate the number of days in the (London) office you need to be in, but would generally expect around 2-3 days per week.Sponsorship or fully remote working is not available.The roleAs a mid-weight Service Designer, you'll contribute to end-to-end design projects – from research and discovery to concept development and delivery. You'll work closely with the wider team to co-create better service experiences for users and organisations.Your responsibilities will include:Planning and conducting user researchMapping customer journeys and identifying opportunity areasDesigning and iterating service conceptsFacilitating workshops and co-design sessionsProducing service blueprints, design artefacts, and strategic insightsThe candidatePrevious experience as a Service Designer (at least 2 years, roughly)Proficiency with service design methods and tools (e.g. journey mapping, service blueprints, prototyping)Strong communicator and happy to work in agency-environment (bonus points if you have done before)Comfortable working with stakeholders, running workshops, and presenting workExperience working in complex domains (e.g. public sector, finance, healthcare, mobility) * You have a portfolio which shows your service design process and deliverables.If this sounds like you then please apply with your CV & PORTFOLIO asap to stand the best chance of getting an interview!We welcome diversityWe welcome those with alternative identities, backgrounds, and experiences.
