Salary: Circa £26,000 plus £2,600 OTE (pro rata for part-time)
Hours: Full-time or part-time availableFull-time: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, 1 hour lunch (35-hour week)Part-time: Wednesday to Friday, 9am – 5pmBenefits: 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, company bonus scheme, free on-site parkingWe’re looking for a sales-focused and customer-oriented Customer Service & Sales Executive to join a friendly, professional, and supportive team in Knaresborough.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships over the phone, and guiding customers towards the right product solutions. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, turning warm leads into sales while delivering a first-class customer experience.What you’ll be doing:Managing incoming and outbound customer callsIdentifying customers’ needs and providing tailored product informationPreparing and following up on quotations to convert leads into salesSetting up new business accounts in the systemLogging all customer interactions accurately in the CRMUsing MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with confidenceWorking closely with your team to ensure a smooth, positive customer journeyWhat we’re looking for:Previous telephone-based customer service or sales experience (essential)Excellent rapport-building skills and a confident telephone mannerStrong listening and communication skillsPositive, self-motivated, and proactive attitudeGood IT skills including MS Office and CRM systemsIf this position sounds of interest, apply now or contact Unity Resourcing for more information.
