
Customer Services Coordinator - 12 Month FTC

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good IT skills with the ability to work with databases and generate reports
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of client requests
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Experience in coordinating logistics or client services (advantageous)
- Quote, organise, coordinate, and report bunker quantity surveys on behalf of clients
- Collate and issue monthly statistics reports and client-specific weekly/monthly updates
- Maintain daily contact with clients via phone and email to ensure service quality
- Use the Lintec Main Database to manage logistics, statistics, and reporting
- Coordinate and report on ad-hoc client jobs (OCM testing, fire-fighting foam testing, pretesting)
- Approve subcontractor invoices for completed work
- Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution of all enquiries
