- Deliver 1:1 mentoring and small group interventions for students with behaviour or SEMH needs
- Support students within lessons, during transitions and throughout the school day
- Assist with behaviour reintegration following internal exclusion or incidents
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and academic engagement
- Liaise with Heads of Year, SENCo and external agencies as part of a joined-up support approach
- Experience supporting secondary-age students with SEMH or behavioural difficulties
- A calm, confident and resilient approach to behaviour management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- A background in youth work, PRU, inclusion or school pastoral support
- Knowledge of restorative practices and trauma-informed approaches is desirable
- Accessible via Enfield Town, Bush Hill Park and Southbury stations
- Bus routes: 121, 191, 231, 307, W8
- On-site staff parking available
- Weekly pay - up to £125 per day
- Free CPD including safeguarding, de-escalation training and behaviour mentoring
- Long term and temp to perm placements only - no daily supply
- Consultant support from behaviour and SEMH specialists
- Clear progression into behaviour lead, pastoral manager or family liaison roles
