
Head of Marketing and Communications

- Develop and lead our marketing approach, working closely with the MD and Sales Director.
- Working closely with the Sales Director - designing and implementing our Marketing strategy with the engagement with all our key stakeholders
- Management of campaigns that are integrated with our sales strategy including content creation, brand positing, ROI targets and budget management
- Working with the sales and finance teams - provide competitor and market insights based on continuous research of the markets we operate in
- Support and where necessary lead our brand and team at external events and dinners
- Leadership of the internal marketing resources and any external third parties used
- Working closely with the MD and HR Director - shaping executing a communications plan that helps to engage our current and future workforce across the Group.
- Working closely with the HR team, to design and execute an engagement plan that promotes us as a great place to work & have a career with our target labour markets, including EVP, local community engagement, early careers opportunities and STEM outreach
- Leading on all forms of direct communication to our people to enable them to be informed and engaged in our future. This includes direct leadership communication & engagement events e.g. townhalls, digital communication of key messages, active engagement of our non-IT industrial people, maintaining content on intranet
- Supporting all internal communications during periods of change or during an event that risks our business continuity.
- Proven examples of creating a marketing strategy that is integrated with sales growth targets
- Can demonstrate ROI for campaigns
- Experience leading a marketing team in a B2B and B2C industry
- Able to demonstrate positive impact made from communications strategy for existing employees
