Reporting to: Head of MarketingAs Head of Marketing - Retail, you'll play a key role in shaping how Booker connects with its retail partners and their customers. This is a strategic leadership position where you'll guide the development and delivery of our Retail Marketing plan, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business priorities and deliver real value.You'll lead a talented team to create effective, customer-focused marketing across seasonal events, brand development, and in-store experiences. You'll also oversee our Added Value Services programme-securing exclusive deals that help retailers “Make More” and “Save More,” strengthening the appeal of Booker's symbol brands.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, has a strong commercial mindset, and is passionate about delivering marketing that makes a difference.
