D365FO Support Analyst - Yorkshire - £55KNigel Frank have been retained be a Yorkshire based organisation currently expanding their internal IT capability and looking to bring in a D365FO Support Analyst. This hire will play a key role in the upcoming projects. You'll also contribute to ongoing efforts to streamline processes, boost automation, and strengthen adoption across multiple departments.This position offers a unique pathway for candidates working in support roles looking to transition into Application Management. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work in-office 3-4 days a week and have experience supporting Dynamics AX/365.Your Role & Responsibilities:
Handle second and third-line queries across a portfolio of business-critical applications (Dynamics AX/365, BI tools etc)
Play a central role in Dynamics AX/365 and application-based project work, managing specific deliverables.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering support and insight to both technical and non-technical teams
Support regular software roll outs and participate in system enhancement cycles
Train and guide end-users during process changes or software deployments
Key Experience & Skills:
Solid hands-on experience with Dynamics AX/365
Familiarity with hybrid, cloud, and on-premise systems architecture
Prior experience supporting enterprise-level business applications
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Automate is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, able to work across departments including close collaboration with Finance
Comfortable liaising with third-party vendors for support and implementation
Demonstrated experience in system performance tuning, patching, and ongoing support
