- Identifying and coordinating learning support needs across various curriculum areas.
- Allocating and monitoring Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and volunteers.
- Recruiting and inducting new LSAs, arranging training, and ensuring DBS checks are completed.
- Managing support staff schedules, covering absences, and processing pay and expenses.
- Recording and tracking learner support data for audit and quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborating with curriculum coordinators, business support, and quality teams to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to plan ahead and respond quickly to changing needs.
- A strong communicator, confident in liaising with a range of stakeholders and ensuring accurate information is shared.
- Tech-savvy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experienced in education or support services, ideally with knowledge of post-16 learning support.
