The team is made up of experts across all areas including Digital Transformation, Azure, Architecture & Security, Project Management, and more.We are in the business of making life easier for our clients, so we work closely with them to understand their unique technological challenges and goals to provide a personalized service from the initial consultation phase through to implementation, maintenance, and beyond.About the Architecture and Security TeamThe Architecture & Security team at Advania is dedicated to empowering clients to achieve their strategic and security goals through diverse team expertise. The team is divided into three key areas: Enterprise Architecture, GRC Consultancy, and Penetration Testing. The Enterprise Architecture team provides architecture consultancy, technology consultancy, and project governance, ensuring that clients have a comprehensive technology vision and effective implementation of Microsoft Identity & Security Technologies . The GRC Consultancy team offers information assurance, risk management, and compliance services, acting as trusted security advisors and integrating security and assurance activities across various industries. The Penetration Testing team assesses client systems for vulnerabilities, conducts red teaming exercises, and performs cloud security assessments to identify weaknesses and provide recommendations. The Architecture & Security team is committed to delivering tailored consultancy and technical solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.Who we're looking for:We are seeking agile and passionate individuals to fill the role of Technology Associate in our Architecture & Security team. We believe in nurturing our employees' potential, providing them with varied opportunities to learn and growWhat you’ll learn as an Advania Technology Associate – Architecture & Security:You'll gain an extensive understanding of Microsoft technologies, developing a strong foundation across various tools and applications across the Microsoft stack. The role often involves working as part of a team, so you can expect to improve your collaboration and communication skills as well.Some of the day-to-day activities that you will develop within this programme will include:
  • Provide consultancy on Microsoft Identity & Security Technologies.
  • Offer risk management and compliance consultancy.
  • Conduct penetration testing and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Assist in implementing new software systems.
  • Provide technical support to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Engage in software design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with teams to fulfil client needs and business objectives.
  • Work with senior staff on projects, contributing innovative ideas.
  • Stay updated on industry technologies, trends, and strategies.
You will also have time to pursue other educational opportunities for personal growth and professional development.Your background:To set you up for success we’ll be looking for people with:
  • A passion for all things Microsoft
  • Certifications/Qualification in relevant technology areas whether they be in Microsoft applications or broader technology domains
  • Minimum 6 months+ experience in a professional business setting or a relevant degree
