3 - 12 months contractsWith significant changes on the horizon in the Private Sector Housing sector, including the implementation of new Selective Licensing schemes and the anticipated impact of the Renters (Reform) Bill, many of our clients across the East of England and Greater Anglia region are preparing to scale up their teams. As a result, I'm looking to connect with experienced Environmental Health professionals who are open to 6-12 month rolling contracts.Over the coming months, I will be recruiting for the following contract roles for my clients:Selective Licensing Roles:
  • Inspection Team Leader
  • Inspection Officers
  • Technical Licensing Officer
  • Enforcement Officers
  • Tenancy and Landlord Relations Officer
  • Licensing Breach Officer
  • Enforcement Manager
  • Selective Licensing Officers
Renters (Reform) Bill-Related Roles:
  • Candidates with strong knowledge of tenancy law and experience in HHSRS and Private Sector Housing enforcement
Minimum Requirements for All Roles:
  • Valid HHSRS Certificate
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role within a local authority
